Awesome doctor
Dr Choi prepared my implants twice (several years apart) and he did an excellent job each time. I had zero issues and when I had a question he addressed it with knowledge and competence. I could not think of a better oral surgeon. I would highly recommend him!

We had to finish implants with different doctor
Our experience was not the 5 stars that we hoped. The Doctor can only be as good as his weakest link. We had to go elsewhere to finish the implants. My husband was not given the pre-op instructions so he did not take ibuprofen before the procedure (implant and wisdom tooth removal). He was in severe pain on night one and Jen at Grapevine said that my husband was offered ibuprofen but he declined. When she tried to produce said document, it was not done. 2) At the next appointment, the doctor took an xray but he did not physically look in my husband's mouth. That same night, my husband almost swallowed his healing cap. Jackie in Plano said that this happens all the time and they open the gum back up at the uncovery appointment. 3) Jen in Grapevine kept assuring me that anesthesia would be covered since he had a wisdom tooth removed. They never did a pre-authorization or they would have known that anesthesia is not covered for extraction for one tooth. We now owe $700 more.

I had laser gum surgery with Dr. Choi. He is very professional, knowledgeable and put all of my concerns at ease. Just after talking to him once, I knew he was the doctor I was going to choose for my procedure. I have had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past so I am very selective with whom I choose. Highly recommended!

I had a surgery scheduled for my daughter today after 2 months. I had visited with him for a consultation a couple weeks after my daughter got her braces he was unprepared and had no idea why I was even there. I considered it amiscommunication and I made the mistake of scheduling the "surgery". Today I had the worse experience with Dr Choi. He was unprepared and switched procedure last minute on us. I took the time off work, took my daughter out of school. Very arrogant and rude! I walked out!
