Dr. Dana Panoff, DDS

She's nice, down to earth, and doesn't push treatment or sales. She uses the wand for local anesthesia. She does good work. The hygienists are gentle and thorough. The assistants are great! Front office staff are kind too. Everyone has been there forever. I sent all my family & friends there.

I went for an initial exam and I will not be back. Bedside manner is not great. I was a new patient and Dr. didn’t even introduce herself to me. It took me a second to even realize she was the dentist. She is VERY honest. My opinion, she was honest but also very rude. Her staff was fantastic. (Why I gave 2 stars and not just 1) I can’t speak on her work as a dentist because she only did my exams. I actually left the office crying. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I called for an appointment because I had a tooth causing me a great deal of pain. It took this office 2 weeks to get me in. After having X-rays of the area that was hurting Dr. Panoff said it looked irritated and gave me a mouthwash to use. She sent me on my way still in great pain and scheduled me to come back IN 2 MONTHS! I called a new dentist office and was seen immediately. I found out I was in need of a root canal, had a serious infection in that tooth, and was put on amoxicillin. Scary!
