My child has had multiple appointments here and has never not had to wait an hour to see the doctor. They also BLAST Christian music, it’s fine if that’s your jam but if it’s not, it’s incredibly annoying to have it playing loudly when you’re already annoyed at having to wait an eternity to be seen. The exam room is small with multiple chairs jammed in and no place for a parent to sit with their child while waiting a prolonged time for the doctor to come in. The exam room has dust all over the furniture. Not a very well run establishment.

I left this office over 2 months ago due to them trying to add an additional 1500 plus to my contract it was a big issue where I had to consult an attorney. Anywho I wake up this morning and they use a billing called orthofi who is in a whole different country and these people are incompetent. This is their billing. Well they took money off my card for a payment to this office that I have NOT given any permission for them to do so. Now I am having to fill a police report, report them for fraud and call another attorney. I did not give them pernission to use my card at all. I have NOT been a patient for over 2 months and have left the practice and they continue to steal my money. Please be very careful who you chose as a dentist. The doctor is nice but the office manager has nothing but excuses and blames the patient for everything. Now money is being stole. Just an awful experience.

They are good orthodontists but the music in the waiting room is always verging on uncomfortably loud.

I have been seeing Dr Martin since May of 2018 and I am a very difficult case! That's to say the least. Other orthodontist wouldn't even talk to me! He has gone above and beyond my expectations to fix my teeth issues. We both know it's going to be difficult but he refuses to give up and we are seeing progress! Thank you Dr. Martin! You are so appreciated by me and my teeth. My bottom teeth no longer go into the roof of my mouth and I can finally sleep at night. I can't wait to see the final results no matter how long it takes!

Dr. Martin has the reputation of being one of the best orthodontists in East Tennessee and rightly so. He has done an amazing job on straightening my teeth. He is kind, caring, and gentle. His staff is friendly and welcoming. We are fortunate to have a doctor of his caliber locally. I love my smile.

THE BEST ORTHODONTIST AND ASSISTANTS EVER!!!! I honestly have to say I'm sad my braces are off. This isn't just an office of staff members for the next couple years you have your braces, these people are like family. They are very personable and honestly, I had a blast with the staff every time I went in, it was never a dull moment. Even Dr. Martin is fun to joke with (which is rare in dr.'s these days) and he is a Dr. That knows his teeth! I would recommend them a thousand times over.

Dr. Martin was really great with my son. He started braces in the summer before 7th grade and had them off after about 18-20 months. The doc was really good about keeping me informed of time frames and treatment. Definitely recommend!

I'm an "older" patient in my late 40s. I had braces in my teens but over the years some teeth moved/became crooked again (didn't wear retainer long enough!). Dr. Martin was able to get me a great smile again!

My child's entire course of treatment has been a nightmare. Rude staff, terrible scheduling policies, they've screwed up filing of insurance more times than I can count. Actual treatment is passed off to staff who couldn't care less and who engaged in discussing their sex lives in front of my elementary school aged daughter. Dr is spread far too thin with too many offices so treatment took three times the amount of time estimated. RUN. Do not walk.

Hands down the best orthodontist around!! He tried the Damien brackets on me and then switched to the standard braces after they wasn't working but I had alot of crowding due to the fact that I didn't have a lot of room. He done everything he could to get my teeth straight. I've had my braces off for almost 8 years and my teeth are still straight, the staff was amazing and he is too!! Highly recommend

The absolute BEST! Dr. Martin is a special doctor who truly lives his Christian faith. He treated my 13 year old son who has a fear of the dentist chair and put him at ease. He always took the time to explain his progress and treatment and I never felt rushed talking to him. My son had a slight overbite and moderately crooked teeth on the top. He progressed quickly and the braces were off earlier than we expected. Highly recommend! I wish I still lived near him so he could treat my 2nd son.

I would recommend Dr Dana Martin to all my family and friends.....he is concerned about all your needs and has a fabulous staff to take care of you!

I have been going to Dr. Martin for a little over 3 months now. I decided to go with Invisalign instead of the braces because of the time frame. Invisalign basically cut the time in half. At each visit the staff have been great! They explain everything prior to my treatment and Dr. Martin has a great sense of humor. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else...!

Great Experience! The staff greeted me by name when I walked in and were very friendly. The free consultation was a very positive experience for us! Jim greeted us with a smile, went over our information with us, and informed us of what the process would be. Dr. Martin went over the information and gave a very detailed treatment plan and everyone made everything enjoyable. The financial information was handled professionally and they were willing to work within our budget! Awesome!

Unprofessional, TERRIBLE customer service, and was WAY off in the timeline he told us. Very lackadaisical in dealing with my daughter's teeth. He didn't even file them when she got them off. Overall very disappointed. My other three kids went to a different orthodontist and they didn't have any complaints.
