She required payment of patient responsibility before the insurance company had responded which resulted in an overpayment on my part. Now every request for a refund of that overpayment has been met with a "refund has been requested" it has been 4 months, numerous emails and communications and I have no refund. I do not recommend working with this dentist

Overestimates patient responsibility and requires payment of it , at time of visit. Once paid by insurance , refuses to refund over payment. This leads me to wonder what other dishonesty will occur. Will not return to this dentist.
