Dr. Craig Meadows, DDS

I have been to Dr. Meadows twice. His staff was wonderful/nice and Dr. Meadows was extremely nice. I have another appointment with Dr. meadows and even though he is a dentist, i'm looking forward to see him.

Avoid, Jenny the scheduler is very rude, never sent paperwork and charged cancellation fees that she never communicated when we rescheduled. Second time she screwed up the appointment time and told me I was not welcome at their practice and to go elsewhere. Emailed Dr. Meadows on each instance to complain about her and was ignored with no reply. Avoid.

Most efficient and competent business I have experienced in Martinsburg. Dr. Meadows has performed a lot of work on me, including 3 implants, and I have never had pain or any problems afterward. Paperwork is efficient. Entire staff is sweet and competent. I can't say enough nice things about this office.

Dr. Meadows and his staff are professional, courteous, highly competent and they inspired confidence from the first contact. I've never been in a more welcoming and comfortable waiting room. Instead of a few dog-eared magazines as in most waiting rooms, there is a great variety of reading material, an interesting display and a nice selection of beverages. Most important of all, Dr. Meadows is a superbly-qualified doctor whom I trust and recommend without reservation.

Walking in for my appointment, I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff. Knowing how clean, personable and professional the staff was, I knew immediately my experience was going to be nothing less than perfect. And I was correct with that statement. Dr. Meadows is a wonderful doctor and his staff is the same. I would highly recommend this office for any of your periodontal treatment. Pain free. The hygienist that took care of me was phenomenal. I look forward to having my teeth cleaned !
