Dr. Craig Kimmel, DDS

We recently moved to the area and selected McCordsville Family Dentistry with Dr. Kimmel upon the recommendation of our daughter. He and his staff are awesome. Beginning with my first contact with Whitney on the phone, I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner. Amanda was my hygienist, and Andrea was the dental assistant who prepped me for extensive crown work. I was in no pain throughout the 3.5 hour procedure, and it was REALLY great to receive my crowns in the same appointment. I was also introduced to laser scanning which eliminated the need to cast molds from which the crowns could be produced. As I left the office (with my new crowns firmly in place) Nancy took care of my financial paperwork.It has been 5 days since my appointment, and I have had no problems whatsoever. In addition to being a very skilled dentist, Dr. Kimmel has surrounded himself with an excellent, caring staff.

I visited the office today to receive a crown and filling. Every time I enter the practice, I am greeted by the friendly office staff. Within a few minutes, I was taken back for my appointment. The dental assistants and Dr. Kimmel are always personable, helpful and highly skilled. It seemed like the process was done quickly and painlessly. I was always asked if I had any questions and was comfortable. I am always pleased with the care I receive at this office.

My visits are very pleasant and calming. I’m often nervous about going and Dr Kimmel and his team calm my nerves .

My visit was awesome. The entire team was kind and very attentive. The office is clean and welcoming. The Dr. made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and without pain during my surgery…. (Cause I was in PAIN when I came into the office). I would highly recommend Dr. Kimmel and his team.

I was able to get an appointment same day I called due to a cancellation, which was great. I received welcoming, friendly customer service from the time of scheduling the appointment until the time I walked out. Great location, very nice friendly staff, the dentist was very nice and explained everything very well. I will definitely be making this my family dentist office. And my teeth cleaning was great!

Dr. Kimmel and his staff are wonderful! They truly listen and seem to genuinely care. I have had past dental experiences that were not so great, so this is very refreshing!

I had gone to the same dentist for over 40 years when I felt like it was time for a change. My wife has been going to Dr. Kimmel for awhile and highly recommended him. I decided to give him a try and needless to say he is now my dentist. I was there today to get a bad tooth extracted that went bad during the Covid epidemic when I wasn't going to the dentist anywhere. They worked with me and my anxiety issues and the fact that I don't have insurance and helped me through it. I highly recommend Dr. Kimmel and his staff, give them a try! P.S. Hallie my hygienist is the best!

Best cleaning I have ever had in my 50+ years of going to the dentist. I just switched to this dentist and they do jot disappoint!!!

I was in town visiting from Arizona when I lost a crown. I called and was able to get in early the next day. They did an amazing job getting the crown put back and getting me on my way. If I lived in the area full time, I would definitely make this my regular dentist.

Dr Kimmel and his staff are caring, professional and experienced. His staff has stayed with him for years, which is an excellent indicator of a well run practice. Whether an emergent dental need or routine dental care, they have listened to my needs and concerns, and responded with options, both dental and financial. The new office and facility is top class, the front desk team is easy to work with and you always know what to expect payment wise up front before service. I have been a patient going on 5+ years and the experiences have always been A+. If you are in need of dental care, I couldn't recommend Dr. Kimmel and his team more.
