Dr. Dean CRACKED my front right incisor during an exam when he was working at Sage Dental of Davie. He was doing an exam to determine where my pain was coming from, and he hit my tooth too hard with his instrument. I came home to see that he had inflicted a superficial crack in my tooth that I'll have to pay for when my teeth have aged/weakened. I'll never give him my business again. This doctor needs to be more careful and gentle with his patients, as we give him his 6 figure annual salary...

I have a full set of dentures, bottom dentures anchored by two rootless teeth. I developed an abscess in both teeth. I went to Dr. Dean on recommendation, who immediately tried to sell me on $9500 worth of dental implants. Since I can't afford that amount of money, we settled on removing the two teeth and new bottoms for $1000. He pulled both teeth, didn't do anything else. Since it was a friend's recommendation, he ended up pulling 2 teeth and didn't return any money. $1000 for 2 teeth???

I have been going to Dr. Dean for more than 15 yrs. as well as many family members. He is compassionate, friendly and up on the latest opinions available. When I had to have a crown my color was extremely difficult to match. I thought the crown was really good because it was in the back, he had worked so hard on creating a color just for me. When he looked He said are you happy? I said I could be okay with this. Dr. Dean was not happy. He was not letting me be "okay" with less than perfect.

This dentist is there to rack up your money!!! If you don't want to spend money for expensive service, he will get rid of you. He has been wanting to do deep cleaning and another service for me since 2008 that would cost me $4000. Saying I would have teeth problem soon!! Now it's 2016, and my teeth are still fine and I never have problem or complains. They decided that they don't want to clean my teeth any more unless I have expensive service done with them! Unethical!

I would highly recommend this dental office! From the front desk, to the office manager, to the nurses and assistants, and especially Dr. Dean, everyone is phenomenal! They are all extremely friendly, accommodating and do their very best to make you as comfortable as possible. Teri the dental hygienist is not only excellent at her job but extremely personable. My 3 year old loves Dr. Buscemi! Dr. Dean is highly skilled, takes his time explaining each step, and has an excellent bedside manner.
