The staff is helpful and friendly. The appointments are always on time. I never feel that my visit with Dr. Callen is rushed. It's quick and efficient but never rushed, and everything has always been clearly explained. I hightly recommend .

It's actually relaxing, from beginning to end of dental visit. Everyone is super friendly and make you feel totally at ease. I have complete confidence in Dr. Callen and his staff.

Dr.Callen is a great dentist and his dentist staff are great. But the office staff are rude and incompetent. My wife and I have dental insurance that covers most procedures. For the last 5 years the office staff have been incorrectly billing me just me not my wife. I’m told at every visit I don’t have insurance. This rudeness and incompetence all stem from the office manager. She went as far as to make a note in their system that I don’t have insurance.At every visit I provide proof of insurance and at every visit I’m asked are you sure you are insured. The last visit was no different I provided proof of insurance the office staff questions me. This time she actually looks at my card and realizes that they have been billing the wrong insurance company for the last five years. She also admits that the office manager made a note in my file that I’m not insured.I’m completely baffled at the incompetence Dr. Callen if you read this you have massive issues with the front of house staff!

I would rate Dr. Callen office a 5 based on staff professionalism, timeliness, and cleanliness of facilities. The nurse that I had would be rated a 5+. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great Team of Professionals!

I had crown repair work completed . No numbing shot required. No pain! I was in and out much quicker than anticipated. Dr. Callen and staff did a great job! Very pleased with the professional service.

I had no problem with either the staff or Dr. Callen. I found them to be very expensive though even with the 'senior discount'.

We have always been with Dr. Callen for over 20 years. We have been treated with great kindness and professionalism. And we have always received the highest level care. I have recommended Dr. Callen to many people and we will continue to put our trust in him and the staff.

Girls cleaning the teeth are awesome...rest of the place not so much... Definitely just a number kind of experience...go somewhere else is.

When I went to Dr. Callen for an inplant . The staff was very professional also Dr. Callen has take precautions due to Covid 19. I felt Very confident that they were keeping me and other patients Safe.

While on a camping trip, I had a strange quick onset tooth ache. I was seen same day. They treated me with care and genuine concern.

Dr. Callen took over for my retired dentist. Never introduced himself to me when he came in the room. Very unfriendly staff in fact my mother and I had an appointment at the same time and she refused x-rays at that visit due to just having them done at our former dentist, office staff talked terrible about her not wanting x-rays not knowing I was in the waiting room. Very unprofessional, way over priced.
