Dr. Colton Rich, DMD

Whether it's my mechanic or doctor, I try and only go to businesses and people I trust and Dr Rich has never disappointed me in the 10 years l've been visiting him for dental work. He's always provided good and honest work, don't see myself ever changing dentists!

I had an incredibly bad experience with Dr. Rich. After my cleaning and x-rays were taken Dr. Rich entered the room didn't touch my teeth and said I had three large cavities resulting in approx. $800 dollars of dental work. I wasn’t insanely impressed with the service so I decided I would get the work fulfilled by a dentist I trust when I returned home for Thanksgiving. Upon reviewing the x-rays from the other place that I paid to have sent to me and taking his own x-rays he said I had NO cavities. Fast forward and I I’m pretty trusting so I assumed maybe there was a mixup, but on calling their office the receptionist informed me that every dentist is different and acted like everyone gets to have different opinions on whether cavities are there. Later, I talked to the dentist who told me he was looking at the x-rays and stood by the fact he saw the three cavities. I like to assume the best so I am assuming that he is incompetent and that he doesn't enjoy scamming people for kicks.
