Ridiculously bad experience... Have had three appts there and each one has been a night. We have had to wait an hour or more each time to be seen. And today they gave my daughter nitrous without our consent! And told us our other daughter has four cavities that they are going to "watch." Went back to orthodontist after appt to get her wire put back in her braces and they laughed and said there is no decay in her mouth at all. Guess we will never return there now.

2- kid patients. Crowded {cow call}. Long wait time. First visit, staff/dentist tells you to leave your nervous kids during examination, cleaning, x-rays, treatment - NOT ME ! Dentist NEVER TOLD ME that our 9 year old's x-rays SHOWED MISSING ADULT TEETH ON HER GUMS ! After 6 month check up, I asked Dentist, She re-checked the X-Rays and YES, MY CHILD IS MISSING 3 ADULT TEETH ON HER GUMS ;-< !! And you are a professional Dentist !!!! ???? Really???

The reception was nice but it went wnhill after.The tech never introduced herself to me. I'm the first 30 seconds she made me leave my son with her and sent me to the waiting room while she did xrays and cleaned his teeth. She still hadn't even introduced herself to me or my son. Very cold and uncaring is how she represented herself. I don't even know what procedure were done. I was a new pt. Nothing was explained to me. All the forms are in computer you have to read long exhausting contracts.
