BYTE DENTIST
Dr. Okafor approved my treatment plan through Byte. Byte is a scam aligners practice that preys on patients who cannot afford in office treatment. My treatment plan was approved with knowledge that Byte is being sued for messing up people’s teeth and ceased by the FDA.

Extremely Long Wait Times
I waited in the lobby for an hour after my appointment time before being taken back for my x-rays. I then proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes before deciding to leave the office. I just scheduled a new patient visit and cleaning for 10 am but only received x-rays and left at 11:30 am. I do not expect doctors to always be on time due to providing patients with the care they need, however wasting a hour and a half (would have been longer if I didn't leave) of someone's time is unacceptable to me.
