Traumatic Experiences

Today I had one of the most traumatic experiences of my life at Aspen Dental.While most of the staff was kind and supportive, my interaction with Dr. Nwaigbo was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. I was in intense pain from an abscessed tooth and visibly distressed, literally shaking in the chair. Instead of compassion, I was met with coldness and cruelty.Dr. Nwaigbo walked in and said, with no empathy whatsoever: “You need to calm down right now. If you don’t calm down, I’m not helping you.”I tried to breathe through the pain, but the way he administered the numbing injection was so aggressive, I was gasping and crying from the sheer pain — tears running down my face. His only response? In the most condescending tone: “Calm down and stop tensing up.”I’ve never felt so disregarded or vulnerable in a medical setting. I will not be returning. No one deserves to be treated like that — especially when they’re already in pain and looking for help.
