Not clean and unprofessional to staff
Office and tools are not clean. Very rude to his staff.

Beware. Very bad business practice: refusing to estimate so that they can charge you extra for unnecessary xray and stuffs. On Friday, I asked for an estimate when booking an appointment on the coming Tuesday. The receptionist said she would call me back with an estimate. She NEVER did. I called in first thing on Monday to cancel the appointment and they said they would charge me $150. They said I should cancel two business days in advance, which was Friday - the same day I called to make the appointment (!?). When I said the receptionist did NOT keep her promise to call me back, the dentist said they had never estimated for a cleaning since it was NOT worth their time (!?). Overall, I believe they are trying to trick you to come in and overcharge you. BEWARE.

Whole family sees him from parents to kids. Gentle hands. Takes his time explaining everything. Have been cavity free due to great preventative care. Not a cookie cutter type of dental practice. Would recommend.
