Cancelled my appointment without notifying me- claiming I had never confirmed the appointment. I told them I had confirmed through the reminder email they sent over a week ago and was told that was after they had already cancelled my appointment.Additionally, Dr Kim and her staff were very judgemental at my previous appointment. I had not had dental care in quite some time because of money and insurance issues and this was brought up several times throughout my appointment in a shaming way. I was willing to give them a second chance, but no longer after this second bad experience.
