evil practice, all good reviews are fake made by her husband Kenny Su (look him up re: dental board of california). they prey on older folks and have the most predatory charging practices. pressured to prepay more than 6000 for dental work that was not necessary and unable to cancel.

The best dentist in San Diego County, especially in Escondido. I will see any other dentist other than Dr. Chen.

I went for a checkup and was told I needed a crown replaced. so I let them talk me int getting the new crown. the person making my temporary took 3 tries to make it . After 2 weeks I got the crown. It did not fit right, they adjust that crown 3 times and they even tried to adjust the tooth below which was a gold crown. I still cannot chew on that side, it has been months. I have a grievance with Delta Dental and they have been ordered to give me a refund. They will not refund what I paid

I went in for a bridge repair and the Doctor said I needed two new crowns to hold the future bridge in place. The estimate for the crowns and the bridge repair was $6,600. And she required payment-in-full before she would start any work! When the crowns were completed, I asked to schedule the bridge repair, and I was told that the $6,600 I paid her did not include the cost of the bridge repair; and that the bridge would be an additional $7,000! This is when I walked out of her office!
