Dr. Christopher Vivona, DDS

I called on January 7th, 2025, at 10:50am and informed the secretary I was recommended by an oral surgeon to have a root canal for my daughter perform by Dr. Vivona. The secretary stated that my daughter will not be seen until Late March for consultation. I stated this is for root canal and waiting this long will cause the infection to spread and she stated there is nothing I can do that is all I have. This is awful this facility has no care for patients and did not care that is in an inappropriate length of wait for a diagnosis of infection needing a root canal. I am glad they showed me that they did not care and helped me avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

He explains everything and provides progress reports along the way. He's a MASTER with the Novocaine. ..... No pain, not even the next day when it wore off. His staff is skilled and attentive..

Dr Vivona and staff were outstanding in making me comfortable through the entire process of 2 emergency root canals. Explained procedures, equipment and process He presents with an easy manner and engages you in conversation. I can say the same for his assistant. I highly recommend him

Dr Vivona fit me into the schedule for a broken tooth and root canal. Explained everything in detail, was super gentle (I have TMJ) - made me laugh and was all around a great guy. While I don’t advise a root canal for anyone, the experience was without pain!

My root canal this morning was great ( Never in my life did I think that I'd use 'great' and 'root canal' in the same sentence, but here we are....). Dr. Vivona and his staff made me feel comfortable from the moment that I stepped in the door and they made sure that I stayed comfortable throughout the procedure. I was also pleased that Dr. Vivoni took the time to completely answer all of my questions.I will definitely not hesitate to return to this office if the need arises in the future.

Had a great experience with this office! The staff was wonderful and made you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Vicona is very good and made sure I felt comfortable and told me everything he was doing. Would highly recommend!

I had been having tooth pain for several weeks only controlled with regular doses of ibuprofen. My family dentist diagnosed it as potential root canal issue. I called Dr Vivona's office since he had done my other root canal several years ago with excellent results. His staff was very compassionate and called me back to say they had a cancellation for the next morning. This was great since the only other opening wasn't until 4 weeks later. Dr Vivona and his staff are very patient-friendly and caring and the root canal procedure was done quickly and efficiently. Longest part was getting me numbed up. I did have some mild discomfort in the area for about a week which I understand is normal. Now the discomfort is gone completely and I can once again chew on both sides. Food definitely has more flavor that way. I am very grateful for the speedy help Dr. V and his staff provided and would recommend this practice unreservedly.

Dr. Vivona walked us through some tooth pain in the midst of Covid-19 while all offices were shut down. We were grateful to him and his patience to know what and when we needed care.

At a time when I was in severe pain and couldn't get immediate help anywhere, Dr. Vivona and his staff were there to help me! I even got lost traveling there (not familiar with the area) and they were still so kind and patient with me till I finally made it. Even gave me step by step directions while I was on the phone TRYING to find my way. I am a first time patient, and they all definitely treated me with care. Dr. Vivona made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole root canal procedure. He made sure I felt no pain and would not continue until I was totally numb. He was extremely pleasant and sensitive to my pain and nervousness. I cannot thank Dr. Vivona, his dental assistant and KT, for making sure I got on the schedule today and giving me total relief! Thanks to all of you for everything! Do NOT hesitate to contact them if ever you need these services! Wish I had the option to give 10 stars instead of 5!

Unprofessional, bad bedside manner. Left my procedure 3 times, 10 minutes at a time. Seemed very distracted.
