Dr. Smiley is a native Richmonder from Mechanicsville. He currently resides in Chesterfield county with his children. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University and the Medical College of Virginia where he graduated in 1993. He began practicing in Chesterfield and started a solo practice in 1997.Dentistry
