Exceptional dental care by Dr Seppi and his team. Treats a patient as a friend and proffers dental care from general exams to complex repairs. Have never walked out of his venue without knowing that my dental care was commensurate with my dental needs.

They cancelled my appointment in April due to COVID and rescheduled for 6/19 at 9am. I never got the confirmation text so I called to check in and they didn't have the appointment. They just cancelled instead of moving it so my next one wasn't until October. Their solution was to go on a waiting list for cancellations for my son and I for their error. Dentist was fine, but the office manager's response to this was wholly unacceptable so I had to switch dentists as a result.

I have always been greeted with friendly faces. I am someone with "weak" teeth so I have required extensive dental work throughout the years. This is year 10 with Dr. Seppi and the rest of the staff. Quality work has saved me thousands over the year. Additionally, I get seen within minutes of arriving for my appointments.

I've been going to Dr. Seppi's office for about four years and I have never had a bad experience. All the hygienists are gentle and kind yet thorough, and Dr. Seppi seems to take a real interest and care for each client even though he is clearly busy with lots of happy patients! I have recommended him to my roommate, my girlfriend, and a couple of my friends, and now all are loyal patients of Dr. Seppi.
One time my girlfriend had an issue with her insurance and one of the receptionists called Aetna and had it sorted out for her. Really great, personal customer service. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Care was fantastic, however office staff erroneously confirmed that my insurance was accepted by them. We went through the full treatment of a crown, cleaning, and follow up, I paid my deductible and was told my balance was $0. Was then sent a bill for $1516.60. The office has stated that they were in error, but still wanted to payment. We did negotiate a payment of $618.60 above the paid $534. You must take the responsibility of working with your insurance yourself and not rely on his staff!

He is an extremely professional & most caring dentist. He takes the time to explain whatever needs to be done in terms that are easy to understand & answers all questions that you ask him. He is genuinely a compassionate, caring, &friendly person. When I have had an emergency situation arise, I have called off hours & he has PERSONALLY called me back usually within an hour to answer & has followed through the next day with my issues/concerns. His dental assistants/and office staff are wonderful.

I have just visited this practice after reading multiple recommendations. I am fearful of dentists and do everything to avoid them. Dr. Seppi was kind, patient and understanding. I was told before any treatment of the final cost. My issue was resolved quickly, efficiently using the most cost efficient method. Everyone was extremely welcoming.
Highly recommend.

This is THE best family dentistry in Windermere! Dr. Seppi is fantastic and friendly and always provides information before doing anything. He won't do procedures if he doesn't really believe you need them. The rest of the staff are super friendly and always are willing to try to squeeze you in if they can!

I was charged $40 dollars for a broken appt. Back in March I called to cancel my appt. from the airpt, while I was waiting for my luggage after a 13 hrs. flight, the person on the phone insisted to reschedule it for the next day, then that day I forgot since I was still recuperating for a long trip, Then I was told $40 dollars was the charge, friend that recommend this practice will stop going there, I wouldn't recommend this place, they are only there for the money...
