Dr. Christopher Good, DDS

I've been a patient of Dr. Good at Leander Dental for several years. I had a checkup and cleaning in February of this year (2025). I needed a cavity filled so I set an appointment for April 9. Leander Dental texted me a reminder and requested confirmation. I confirmed. I showed up early today for my appointment, to be told I had no appointment. She acknowledged that I'd been texted a reminder and that I'd confirmed, but that I was in fact discharged as a patient by Dr. Good, (no reason given) and that they had sent me a letter, to an address I moved from over eight years ago. No explanation why I was texted anyway. I advised I had updated my address years ago, as well as at my last appointment. The person at the front desk was quite unapologetic and glib. She said the office manager would call me, and she has not yet called me. I have never been treated this badly by any business in my lifetime. I would NOT recommend Leander Dental or Dr. Good.

I agreed to a treatment plan that I was told could be completed within a 60 day period ( insurance will expire June 30). On April 23 I prepaid for the entire treatment plan to be done by the end of June. It appears that all the Dentist cared about was getting the high dollar crown completed. When it came to scheduling the 5 small filling on my upper front teeth, he could no longer fit me in before my 60 days had run out. I guarantee you I would not have prepaid, for the whole treatment plan, if they were not going to be able to get me in to do the work before my insurance ran out. I asked for a refund for the uncompleted work. I was told I couldn't receive a refund until the manager was back in the office the next day.
