I called ahead of time to ask if they accepted my insurance, they assured me they did they accept all insurances, then after my daughter was seen, they said they are outside of our insurance network and her fillings would cost $1900 and that I had to pay before they contact my insurance to see how much they would pay. I asked if I should transfer my records from old dentist, they said no, then did x-rays we just had at our old dentist, then charged me $360 for them when my insurance denied the claim since they were just done. I felt they asked me questions that made me feel like they considered me lower class. I said I can't afford to pay $1900 for fillings, they said they knew I couldn't afford it. They asked if I had ever taken my 9 year old to the dentist, I filled out 15 pages of new patient paperwork they clearly didn't even look at, because they would have seen we did go regularly. I'm extremely disappointed how they take advantage of people. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
