Would not return
First off, staff was very nice and inviting. But the reason I was not happy is, the billing. My son who just turned 2 ended up being too upset/afraid and refused to open his mouth during the visit. The doctor and dental assistant were not able to see my son’s teeth. After leaving I was still billed. Then barely accepting my insurance, i was charged even more. There was no compensation, I was still charged the full price for an oral evaluation when they did not even see my son’s teeth. As a new patient it was very upsetting and as i cancelled his future appointment there was no remorse or kind words to keep me. Very unprofessional and upsetting enough for me to leave this review. Save your money.
