Misdiagnosed the issue. Did not get the proper records from his own practice before making the misdiagnosis. Refused to refund fee despite having to go to another location in the same practice to get the proper work done. I looked up his history and he has had his license suspended in the past.

It makes it so much easier for people that are apprehensive like I was when you're treated like a friend instead of a patient. I felt very comfortable and I no longer fear going to the dentist. I am looking forward to doing all of my treatment with Dr. Cappellini and feeling good about my smile again!
