7 Day Dental opens 5 days only. I was in pain, booked the appt well over holiday and did not receive emergency treatment as advertised. Lack of professionalism and ethics runs deep with staff. The disorganization and misleading info prolonged my pain and time I could have spent elsewhere. They took numerous xrays (I already had fairly current X-rays and explained I didn’t want any more radiation) with an outdated machine that emitted very high radiation causing painful thermal burns/severe eczema, and then retaking extra X-rays yet not even a checkup for infection the first visit. I was booked with another dentist and they had me come a 2nd time when she would be there (not present all M-F). They didn’t explain my conditions. No antibiotics were given. She was detached talking to the assistant instead of to me. She didn’t seem to have much understanding /empathy on patient health. I left in worse health.

Dr Chung is the most gentle, caring dentist I've ever seen. Luckily I found her from my friend referral. Definitely she's my dentist from now on.

Terrible experience! The office has a terrible vibe, all patients are treated next to each other in an open room. I did not receive the cleaning and cancer screening as promised for the first consultation. She wanted me to do a deep cleaning right away (costs over $800) but then they said there was time to do a regular cleaning. Equipment looks very old and outdated. Do not come here! They want your money only!

Still waiting for my receipt for the work they did. Never got a receipt and ask for one and still have to keep calling to get a receipt for the work performed. Kind of unprofessional to not have a receipt after paying. They made me pay before they would treat me. I felt like they didn't trust that I would pay at the end. Very unprofessional.

Terrible first experience. Her dental hygienist is arrogant and stabbed me with his dental pick, cutting my skin and causing me to blood. He then--after bragging about his 15+ years experience--blames it on me, saying how my face should have been turned towards him. What a jerk. Also, Dr. Chung is a greedy, money-hungry dentist who recommends procedures such as "deep cleanings" even when you don't need it. Go elsewhere. There are better dentists in the area.

Every time I have my teeth cleaned they tell me I need crowns or root canals. I have no problems with my teeth, have them cleaned every 6 months. My insurance covers very little of these procedures but they still try to sell me more than I need.
