I tried to get an appointment five months in advance. No room. I didn't want a particular day. Just a particular MONTH. No room. She just has way too many patients to provide quality care. I talked to the doctor. No apology. No contrition. We are too busy and understaffed, that is the way it will be. I told her I had to change practices. For all intents, she told me not to let the door hit me on the way out. I was shocked at the attitude I got.
I have been seeing her for over five years. This is an entirely new problem. I was shocked.
And notwithstanding that they are too busy and understaffed, they are still taking on new patients.
