I made an appointment for my 2 year old daughter’s first dentist visit. When i called to make the appointment I found the staff member rather rude, as when i asked her when she thought a good time for an initial dentist visit was her response was, “well does she have teeth?”. When I arrived at the office, the door was locked and there was a sign that said they were closed. they told me the dr was out sick, no one had bothered to call me. Then they couldnt find my daughter on the schedule.
