Dr. Chris Matsunaga, DDS

Dr Matsunaga was able to do two very successful implants as well as the usual dental treatment. His office and staff is professional and efficient. Excellent.

I went to get a filling done by this dentist and in the middle of the filling his assistant being rough knocked out a piece of a tooth that had just got a root canal and they didn't even apologize, instead this dentist blamed me that they knocked out a tooth they weren't even working on. Then i called this dentist back to get a break down of what was billed to my insurance and the receptionist was very rude and accused me of not wanting to pay my bill and then hung up in my face. I called back and this time spoke to Dr. matsunaga who was also very rude and irate about me wanting a breakdown of the bill. I simply told this dentist i would like an apology for the poor customer service to which he responded that no apology was owed to me, just like no apology was owed to me when they knocked my tooth out of my mouth. I would never recommend this dentist. Not to mention the filing he did on my tooth left residue between three of my teeth, because he did a sloppy job.
