I've been a loyal patient at Active Life Dentistry for several years, relying on their dental services for both routine and complex care. Unfortunately, I must share a recent experience that has significantly changed my view of this practice. Recently, I received a phone call from a staff member at Active Life Dentistry, which was surprisingly unpleasant and unprofessional. The individual informed me bluntly that the office will no longer be accepting Tricare insurance. The reason provided was that Tricare payments 'take forever and don’t pay good,' which was both shocking and disappointing to hear, especially considering the number of military families that might rely on such coverage.
