Dr. Cheryl O'Malley and her entire staff in her Vancouver practice were, far and away, the best people I have ever encountered in dentistry. Friendly, efficient office; understanding of anxiety/fear; honest, understandable explanations of status and options and costs. Humane, high quality care all around from the front desk to the procedure rooms and lab. Led by Dr. O'Malley, this team has cared for me brilliantly from my first fearful visit through extractions, the making and multiple relining of dentures and, so far, preparation for implants to secure them. Dr. O's people clearly love to come to work with her and it shows in the way they treat each other and patients. I have never had the high level of comfort and of trust for any dentist and staff. Dr. O is off the charts.
