Dr. Chauncey Conner, DDS

It was in the month of December, 2023, when I first met Dr. Conner DDS and his assistant Nia. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding how he wanted to move forward regarding my treatment plan. He was willing to work with me on a sound and through dental outcome; that will bless me to remain in excellent dental health. His assistant Nia, was most polite, patient and professional in helping Dr. Conner, perform the dental/care on the upper portion of my teeth. Nia, educated me on how to use the temporary dental tools after I left their office, while waiting for my permanent Crowns to come in. Nia, always made herself available for me to contact her, should I need to, or if I encountered dental issues but so far, I haven't needed to.

OMG!!! Where do I start. I had an emergency issue on my birthday. When I spoke to Dr.Conner, he made me come right on in. He checked my mouth out, told me what i had to do. He even called me the first 2 evenings to make sure i was ok. He also had me come in the office everyday to check on my mouth. Today is my last visit i believe and everything he told me to do, I did and guess what, The issue is fixed and gone!!!! Never have I EVER had a DENTIST that showed that type of concern. That meant the WORLD to me!!! If you don't come to see this dentist you'll truly be doing yourself a disservice. You'll be missing out on a caring, knowledgeable dentist. Had I known about Dr Conner years ago... I Thank God I found him now. Please people, don't cheat yourself, check him out!

Location is convenient. Staff is friendly and I feel I’ve gotten l good service. It’s summer 2022 and I still really appreciate their adherence to Covid protocols. The only con would be I wish they had mentioned a potential issue a little earlier, but overall I’m satisfied with my care.

My first visit since before Covid. And I'm very nervous. Dr. Conner has been my dentist for many years, and has always run a careful practice. This visit was no different. Masks and hand washing and waiting room distancing were evident, and cleaning techniques have been updated to accommodate Covid. All in all, a comfortable and safe dental cleaning experience.

Dr. Conner and his team are great! They have a family environment and always take care of my dental needs.

My experience with Dr. Conner and his staff was phenomenal. I needed some emergency work done on my teeth that were causing me pain. He was so personal and helpful over the phone and even willing to come in early to get me out of pain. From the time I stepped into the office from the greeting of the staff upfront to the service rendered in the chair, everything was great. Dr. Conner also worked out a payment plan for me as well because at the time I was a self-paying patient. Just Awesome!

He messed my crown up. Because of that it messed 2 of my other teeth up.
