My previous visits to former dentists were terrifying experiences, so I first came to CITIDental South Boston apprehensive. After the first experience however, I was both relieved and excited about my teeth. Dr. Hoang is a fantastic dentist who focuses on the here and now. The practice as well felt like family and were experienced in handling nervous patients such as myself. I felt very comfortable to be a patient of theirs and look forward to being a patient for life!

She left me in pain not sleeping for 3 nights and I had to go to the ER. Went and saw her for emergency dental visit and she brought out dried ice, tapping on my teeth - and even diagnosed the wrong tooth with the problem. You are better off going to a witch doctor. It was ok with cleanings, but anything else I would recommend staying away - she gets her 5 star reviews from providing starbuck cards and other methods.

I'm extremely frustrated with Dr. Hoang. I had a CEREC crown done with her and after three visits my bite still off. What's more, she charged me for procedures that I did not needed during my last visit as if her bad work wasn't enough. This doctor pays patients to provide reviews so keep that in mind when making a decision. I elevated this concern to Dr. Badawi, owner of Citidental and 20 days later I still haven't heard back from them. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
