Not friendly, impersonable and unresponsive
Dentist never called back after a serious issue and failed to complete treatment plan. The provider is quite difficult to talk to as he isn't personable.

Dentist was stoic and unexpressive.
This dentist wasn’t very warm or nice. Did not explain anything, said only a few words, and no hello or goodbye. Not sure if this is his natural personality but did not feel good after my visit.

Lacks bedside manner
This dentist lacks bedside manner so did not like him very much. Quite impersonable and his staff was not helpful at all. Will be looking for another dentist as quality treatment is largely based on friendliness and showing you truly care.

Dentist is impersonable and not friendly. Does not return calls and lacks communication. Found another dentist.

Apathetic dentist
Not a dentist you want to go to if youre looking for an empathetic, truly caring, and communicative provider. This guy is robotic and quite frankly, cold.

Poor people skills
Dentist doesn’t communicate well at all. Not timely either. He is pretty callous and doesnt seem to genuinely and truly care about his patients. I found him to be callous and demeaning. His staff is also very slow and it seems as though they do not want to work.

Professional, caring, gentle and honest right out front. Dr. Choi takes great pride in his work. Friendly and personable. I strongly recommend Dr. Choi, you won't regret it!

Wonderful dentist! My entire family goes to Dr. Choi. He is wonderfully skilled, professional and cares about his patients well being. His services are reasonably priced.I have never felt rushed or like another dollar sign.
