I went there for a specific reason, and instead was told I had to have my teeth cleaned first. It had been less then a year since my teeth had been cleaned. Anyway, then they told me they had to get a pre-auth on the bridge I was requesting, and in the meantime that I needed a deep cleaning I did the deep cleaning. My teeth were never polished after either cleaning, yet I was charged full price. I decided to change dentists due to the time involved in getting a response to getting a bridge.
