Very hard to make appointment. Office had answering machine. Called 7 times after visiting office to share concerns.Finally returned call.No one at desk to greet or when leaving. Went to have exam and cleaning. Wound not do cleaning on my wife, said due to receding gums.Took measurements of gums,took an extremely long time. Was told she would have to have scaling of gums ,four different sessions. Went to well established and highly recommended dentist, took measurements and scaling not needed.
