Dr. Chad Carpenter, DDS

My family has been receiving dental care from Dr. Carpenter for a long time (14+ yrs). His staff is top of the line. We have had extractions, fillings, and cleanings. His follow up care and advice is reassuring.

I had upper dentures and a partial with Dr Carpenter 2 years ago. Since then I have had no follow up with them. I was back once for a temporary liner in my dentures. They recently called me to have my permanent liner replaced. I told them I have never had a permanent liner. They have been very uncomfortable every since I received them. I want a 2nd set and was quoted twice as much as other practices. Told them of my unsatisfaction and told me nothing but to refund my credit. Didn't try to help.

Dr. found an additional cavity & asked if I wanted it repaired with the other 3 cavities. I said yes, might as well since I'm here. The staff should have checked on my ins coverage before proceeding, and informed me it would go $200 over my $1000.00 max benefit. Prices are very expensive- my 20% owed was $380 plus the extra $200. I would have waited until next year for extra cavity if I would have known it was going over $1000 cap. My husband & I will never return because this was overlooked.
