When my child had a problem after their visit here and I called needing help, he office was unwilling to help me find a solution, would take no responsibility and hung up on me. Awful customer service.

Every visit I’ve had, quite a few over the past year, has left me with a warm and tender feeling. No matter the purpose or time of day of my appointment, Dr. Taylor is always fully present and attentive, with prepared notes and pertinent questions. She treats me as a “partner” in developing treatment plans and strategies, not just as a patient. I feel extremely grateful to have Dr. Taylor as my primary dentist and to provide an inviting and safe space, physically and emotionally!

Dr. Taylor and her staff are excellent clinicians and made me feel my dental care was in good hands.

I have had several occasions where I’ve needed to be seen for specific problem and have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Had a maintenance teeth cleaning with dental hygienist Cara. Cara is an excellent dental hygienist... professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. Dr Taylor & her staff are outstanding in taking care of their patients needs.

Dr Taylor is very patient, knowledgeable, and accomplished. She takes the time necessary to listen to what you need to say. She doesn't rush through the visit even though she must be pushed by others to see that day. She knows how to give injections that are not painful. I can't say enough about that part. I've been to other dentists in the past when you knew they really didn't care too much about painful injections. This is not one of those Doctors.

Hygienist Cara is gentle, efficient and kind, making a routine cleaning a pleasure instead of a dreaded chore. Dr. Taylor’s whole team is excellent.

Walking into Taylor Dentistry is much like the theme song to Cheers, where everyone knows your name!!! Only my third visit but all worries and fears of the dentist are gone or subsided. Best experience in any doctors or dentist office or heck these days anywhere I go. My work was completed painlessly and remained in comfort during and after my procedure. Oddly can’t wait to return to finish my treatment plan! Highly recommend

The dental hygienist went out of her way to make me comfortable, did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth, and kept me posted on what was happening. It was a very short visit and a good one.

Regularly scheduled cleanings are always great with Cara. She does a wonderful job! She is both professional and gentle. She provides me with great ways to improve my dental hygiene., and we always have great conversations!
