Two crowns and both ended up as root canals. The first time I got a bump on my gum, she gave me an antibiotic. It didn't work and I had to get a root canal. The 2nd time she wanted me to come in when I told her I had another bump on the gum of another crown she did. I asked her if she had the technology to determine if I had a problem with my root. She said no and I asked her why would I come in then. She did not want to prescribe antibiotics without seeing me. I did not go in and booked an appointment with an endodontist. I had to get another root canal. Then I got a certified letter the following week saying she no longer wanted to be my dentist. That was fine because I was not going back to her anyway

I love Dr. Catherine Koo. I have severe dental anxiety with several dental issues and avoid going to the dentist but Dr. Koo made me feel at ease and I am so happy my family of 5 has found her here in Frisco. She has a soft touch, is very warm and compassionate and explains everything very thoroughly. Her dental assistants are very pleasant and kind. Vicki at the front desk is just awesome. She is on top of everything and is so nice.

I've honestly not been this impressed with a dental visit in a long time. I've seen a few dentists in between, but Dr. Koo is my new dentist! The staff were incredible, as was Dr. Koo. I was very impressed by how nice and patient everyone was, and I was really impressed by how great Dr. Koo was. She took her time to speak with me about all of the dental issues I'm having.
I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to visit Dr. Koo at Dentistry In Frisco!

Outstanding experience with this office over all! I had not seen a dentist in over 10+ years, since I was in middle school. I was completely scared and over whelmed with what to expect "damage" wise in my mouth. Dr. Koo and her staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions that I had. Not only will I be returning but I referred my family and friends to her also. If you are looking for a dentist- SHE is the ONE!
