Absolutely Amazing! Dr Bishop is a very competent, highly skilled professional & an expert in her field. Dr Bishop listens to patient concerns, thoroughly explains options, treatment plans and procedures in a way that is easy to understand. I can't say enough good about Dr Bishop and her staff. They made an unpleasant experience pleasant. They were so kind and caring. I had 4 dental surgeries at her office. Initially I was scared to death but after my consultation with her I knew that she was the right one.

I was referred to Dr. Bishop by my dentist for a more thorough exam of two teeth. This ended up resulting in extensive surgery which I have since learned was unnecessary and unsubstantiated. Upon the initial visit and consultation she made mention of the quality and quantity of my dental insurance which should have been a red flag. In addition, her office staff (regular front desk worker) lied to me on several occasions. For example- when I went in for the second part of my procedure, the office was short staffed, when she appeared to administer my local anesthetic I asked to have the assistant from my first procedure administer it and she told me that it was her- it CLEARLY was not. When I argued this point, Dr. Bishop finally came into the room to administer it and then had the audacity to complain about the amount needed to numb my mouth. After several questionable interactions at this office and with Dr. Bishop, I requested a copy of my records and was charged $15. Horrible.
