Dr. Barros took an excelent care of our grandson during his visit to Florida. Professionalism, passion, dedication and caring will keep us loyal to her.

I’m deeply disappointed to leave this review after being a loyal patient at Dr. Barros' office for over 12 years. My three children have been going to this practice since they were little, and despite moving 30 minutes away three years ago, I chose to keep them here because of the strong rapport they’d built with Dr. Barros. Recently, our family experienced a heart-wrenching emergency that forced me to cancel an appointment outside of the office’s allotted window. Instead of understanding our situation, the office has now decided to penalize my children by no longer allowing them to be scheduled at the same time. This decision is not only inconvenient, but it also shows a lack of empathy and understanding for the very real challenges families face. I’ve never been one to leave online reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to caution other parents. I’m truly saddened that after so many years of trust and loyalty, we are now forced to find a new dentist for our children. I had hoped for more compassion from a pediatric practice.

After trying several pediatric dentists for my daughters and not being happy with any of them, a friend referred us to Dr. Cassia Barros 8 years ago. We feel the most important quality about Dr Barros is honesty and I trust my daughters dental health to her. Her staff is friendly, bilingual (a big plus), gracious (like when I change appointment dates or times) and the office is always clean and tidy. I highly recommend Dr. Barros.
