EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I scheduled an appointment a week and a half before today for 11am. I have a recorded call that confirmed with a live person that my appt. was at 11. I get there at 10:50 and she can't find my appointment. She said it got cancelled because it was set for 10:45. She said there was nothing she could do for me to be seen. She acted like she didn't believe me that my appointment was set for 11. She said someone else got bumped into my slot and that there was no way she could move it. In 5 minutes you cancel an incorrect appt. time and moved someone in my slot??? That was really sketchy and very rude. I missed work today for an appointment that never happened. HORRIBLE.

Excellent experience in a dentist office. Very modern, clean and friendly. Dr. Cary Adams is the very best.

Great bedside manner courteousness, clean and friendly staff great level of trust and easily scheduling appts. I'm a new customer only had xrays I was refer out to and oral surgeon but so far so good
