Dr. Butler and each staff member were very attentive and communicative. The atmosphere is calm and professional, but also congenial and light-hearted. Dr. Butler took time to listen to all of my concerns and explained his approach and plan clearly. He asked me about my opinion and then openly shared his thoughts. We came up with a plan that I am very pleased with.
