Dr. St. John is a fantastic dentist. She is professional and pleasant. The office is clean and orderly. The office staff however, in my experience over many years, have been consistently rude, short and come access as quite unhappy. The receptionist in particular does not seem well suited to a career in customer service. I can’t recall a time when I have shown up for or called to schedule an appointment and not been left feeling confused. I am not a difficult person and seldom have issues like this. I have considered finding another dentist based solely on the poor attitude of the office staff at Ellisville family dentistry.

She is so caring and a great dentist! My teeth are bad, and she is taking care of them without judgment. She is so good, my son 5 year old son walked in by himself for a filling with her and didn't even cry. Highly recommend!

Dental work seems OK for me, but two family members have had issues with their dental work. But I've had several clerical/insurance issues. I recently had a crown re-cemented. They said they would not submit it to my insurance company because "no insurance company covers that", so I had to pay them. I then contacted my insurance company who said they'll cover it 100%. Now I have to wait for them to receive their fee from the insurance company and then they'll reimburse me. This is the third similar issue with this office and it's getting very frustrating.

Dr. St. John, and all the many assistants who work there, are all such kind friendly people.

Hi, My appointment was scheduled for 1:20PM on Tuesday. I arrived 10 minutes early. They called me in for my appointment right on time. This is my third visit. Everyone of them has been right on time with excellent professional care not only from Dr. St. John but from the entire staff. They make you feel very comfortable and explain the whole process making sure you understand what they are doing. I highly recommend this Family Dentistry of Ellisville.
