Wonderful staff and dentist.
We have been going to Chickamauga dental for several years. When Dr Brown came we were concerned about changing. BUT, she is so kind and caring.My son is in a wheelchair and she had the back lot paved and ramped. She also assured a larger treatment was available to accommodate his wheelchair. The staff is so kind and caring but Dr Brown is a wonderful example for them.Her work and treatments are extraordinary. Thank you all for what you do for the Cowan family.

Chickamauga Family Dentist is the Best!
Chickamauga Family Dentist is my all-time favorite place to go for dental help. Dr. Brown and her staff are always professional, caring, friendly and helpful. It's a great pleasure to work with such fine girls and always know that they will take care of me. Thanks for being there and I recommend highly to anyone who needs dental care. In fact, if you are remote to Chickamauga, move closer! If for no other reason than to have access to the finest dental care teams in the world!

Not a Happy Thanksgiving for me…
I had an appointment set up for November 22,2022. Called them to be sure whether it was 2:00 or 2:20 and got a recording that it would be closed till after Thanksgiving! No one called to say my appointment was canceled or told me anything at all! Made sure they had my current number if they had a cancellation.Why give me an appointment if you’re not going to be there? I was shocked to say the least. Been waiting 3 weeks for this appointment. Now I’m not sure what to do. My mind is blown!

The women who handle the insurance were very rude..& the dentist has a weird personality she's not much of a people person..if I could leave this place a minus star I would..I will never visit this office again

We just moved here from Michigan. We love the small town feel of Chickamauga. My wife's tooth broke a little piece off and she call Dr. Brown. After her visit which only took one day my wife said, "What a beautiful office and staff", Dr. Brown fixed her tooth and I plan to go see her also as I will need some bridge work, Yuk! It is so nice to go to a local Dentist and receive excellent treatment. Good business Dr. Brown. Ron & Marianne Mucci
