I’ve been seeing Dr. Bicknell since I was a kid, and now that I’m an adult, I realized she’s not that great. She isn’t good at communicating with patients, hygienists, or other dentists. She only explains stuff after you ask questions, so if you don’t ask, you won’t find out. Half of the time when I go, she isn’t there and I have to see a different dentist, and when she is there, I have to lay in the chair for up to 10 minutes after my cleaning just to see her for 60 seconds.
