Not reliable
I made an appointment online to become a new patient I selected a date and time and it said somebody would call to confirm that was several days ago. So I start calling the office and I get an answering service I left several messages with the answering service a couple days in a row And I got no response not a way to treat future potential patients or for current patients.... This practice lost out on several family members wanting to use his practice now we will use another highly recommended practice in the area and I will not recommend doctor prota but I will recommend the practice that immediately returned my call... Shame on you doctor prota

Dr Prota is a kind and gentle doctor who always gives thorough explanations. I am a wimp and he painlessly filled my cavity with much compassion and understanding.
