Horrible dentist! He never caught the fact that I had periodontal dental disease after going to him for 5 years. My teeth became loose and started falling out. I spent a lot of money to go there and went religiously every 6 months for my cleanings to be done, not to mention having a new partial made to replace a tooth that I had to have pulled. The new partial top of the line cost me $600.00 which was out of pocket from what my insurance did not cover. The insurance covered the other half. I could never wear the partial due to a bad tooth that Dr. Jackson said was fine. They would not refund me for the partial. I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion to find out I had dental disease, not to mention my husband also had periodontal dental disease too. Both of us needed deep cleanings and when I went back to talk to Dr. Jackson about it, the office ignored my phone calls. Very unsanitary office with dinosaur outdated equipment. Plus Laura never changed her gloves. Awful!

I spoke with Gloria who said she was the owner and has to be one of the rudest people I've spoken with via phone. She spoke over me, interrupted me and hung up without waiting to see if I had additional questions. I was trying to schedule a new patient visit but am glad she showed her true colors so that I know to stay away.
