Had an appointment with him. He wore a mask which is not unusual for health care professionals. After he pulled out my temporary front tooth he coughed over and over again with his face just inches away from mine and I realized that he had a cold. When I expressed concern he simply said 'That is why I am wearing a mask'. As an 84 year old with health issues I had a right to be told and be given the opportunity to reschedule rather than having him cough into my face (mask or not) for almost an hour. I have not had a cold or the flu in 20 years. 24 hours after my appointment I came down with a sore throat and the following day I now have a full blown cold. (My doctor says it is a virus and that I should not be around others for the next ten to twelve days.)
