Dr. Byron Wall, DDS

I came to Dr. Wall in the summer of 2019 for cosmetic dental work. My teeth were healthy and looked nice as well, but there were a few specific details that I decided I was interested in investing to fix. I had four upper and four lower teeth replaced in place of orthodontics and to fix a color-match issue on my front teeth. One year later, my teeth are finished. Although I’m happy with my lower teeth, my upper teeth do not match and were not aligned correctly. The bill for this treatment was $15,000. I left a phone message and sent two detailed email messages explaining what needed to be fixed. I understood it was a big hassle as my teeth had already been permanently placed, but $15,000 should get you a result you are happy with. To date, I have received absolutely no response from his dental office. At this point, my only option to receive a fair result seems to involve litigation. I would not recommend having cosmetic work done here. A

The office has carefully observed guidelines for preventing exposure to coronavirus. Their dental care is always first-rate, and all the care providers and office staff very friendly. It is comforting to see that their excellent service is still safely available even while a pandemic is under way.

Courteous professional staff and excellent care. I absolutely HATE having to go to the dentist but certainly appreciate Dr. Wall and his staff. They have never caused me an ounce of pain, and that says it all.

Check-up and routine cleaning visit. Dr. Wall is professional and makes one feel comfortable in a dentist chair. Monica is the hygienist doing my cleaning and she is quick, thorough and has never hurt me!

Dr. Wall saw me the day I called to report a broken tooth. He and his Staff (Trista and Julie) took expert care of me and made a crown for my much diminished bicuspid. He was kind, knowledgeable, and humorous (which helped)—-and took the time to share exactly what he was doing (and why) as well as to make sure that I was not hurting. This was not my first visit to Dr. Wall. As usual, I was grateful that he is my Cosmetic Dentist! The absolute best!

Here’s what I love about Dr. Wall and his entire team: they care about the patients and are personable and kind. Dr. Wall not only takes care of issues that are identified during the exam but he takes the time to identify things to prevent conditions or improve overall dental health. He has the latest technology for fillings, crowns, etc. and does an outstanding job with cosmetic dentistry as well. Overall, best dentist I’ve ever had.

Another stellar visit and experience with the team at the cosmetic dentistry of New Mexico. Downright friendly and enthusiastic, they always make the experience more than pleasant by going the extra mile. From the essential oils diffusing for a relaxing atmosphere to walking into the office and being enthusiastically greeted, I can feel that everyone genuinely likes working together and that translates to the patient.

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was fantastic. No detail was overlooked. I got to lay under a blanket and listen to relaxing music as my teeth were whitened. This was my idea of a perfect dental experience.
