I had a crown fall from my mouth and Dr. Byrd worked me and was able to put it back good as new within hours of the incident !

Go here at your own risk. I had a procedure that was denied by my insurance but no one told me. I did not learn until after the procedure was finished that it was not pre-authed, according to the lady at the desk on 12-17. I also had no discussion at anytime with a patient coordinator or given any information regarding cost to me on or after the prior initial appointment, per the Byrd Dental website. See screenshot from their site.The lady charged me 50 something dollars after the procedure, then we were not informed of the full cost until 12-18 when they claimed it was just denied. That paperwork shows it was denied on the 11th of November(almost 6 weeks ago) though, so they did try to pre-auth it but it was denied and no one said anything. Now I am supposed to pay 500 bucks because no one informed me it was not going to be covered, as any respected business would do. Otherwise, it is just deceptive, bad faith business practices.Simply put, if I knew it was denied, I wouldn't have

Seth is the hygienist that always cleans my teeth. He always does a great job and cares about areas that are sensitive. He is knowledgeable and I trust his judgement.

The staff was very knowledgeable and the dentist was always helpful and understanding

I have been to Byrd Dental twice now. So far, so good! The staff is pleasant, and Michelle, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth is super! The staff seems to be caring and competent, and I hope to continue going there. Very accomodating, too!

Had a good experience as everyone was kind and considerate at all points of my visit. I have always found this to be true with this practice. Have been going there for many years.

Horrible experience!

The worst,had fracture tooth that was severely cutting toung.was referred to a oral surgeon with a 2 week waiting list,tooth had to be removed asap.located Smile Bright Clarksburg regular dentist did the extraction that same day.Byrd dentistry I find to to be more of salesmen then actual dentist.

Not great...hygienist I saw, Kathy, was very rude and cleaning was painful
