Dr. Lorber was rude and condescending !

My appointment was at 8 o’clock. I arrived at the office at 7:50 I did not get into the chair until 830 I did not leave until 1130. I advised Dr Lorber That I had a previous appointment at 11 o’clock after diligently convincing me that the products that insurance company covers is not good and he does not use them and it would cost me out-of-pocket and additional $440. I advised the doctor I did not have it I’m on a fixed income he suggested that he would put this in writing what the insurance would pay and what will come out of my pocket and Said to sign a waiver . after the very very long Conversation convincing me of the additional monies, Dr. Lorber asked me if I would mind waiting because he had other patients waiting on an emergency and If I can wait patiently after sitting in a chair over an hour and a half of course, I said yes I didn’t get out of there til 1130 and the doctor knew I had a previous appointment at 11 o’clock understaffing should not be patients problem.

He pranced over to me the moment I walked into the waiting room, asking "Are you here for me?" I thought I was being hit on. I then had one of the worst experiences in a dentist's office in my life. Everyone there is passive aggressive, you will wait forever and then they will hand you off from one chair to the next performing the same tests over and over. Now they are hounding me 2 years later for a payment I do not owe. Avoid this practice.

Best. Dentist. Ever! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the office is clean, and I felt comfortable and cared for. The location is also great - right on Main Street in Goshen. I'm so glad I found them. Five stars!

I recently had my insurance changed and my dentist was not covered under the new insurance. I started having severe pain in jaw and teeth. I made a appointment with this location . Dr Lorber is very polite and understanding as well as knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service provided by this office.

Hygienist was great! Answered my questions and very friendly. Dr. Lorber said maybe ten words to me, his exam took about 1 minute. He gave one word answers to my questions. Front receptionist had mask pulled down, fingers in mouth and all over her face. Unacceptable and gross!

Doctor Lorber was friendly, communicative, and efficient.

I waited 36 minutes before I was called in and then waited more. I was there 1.5 hours and was seen by x-ray technician and hygienist only- they did a great job. The x-rays and cleaning only took about 20-25 minutes. I could no longer wait for the doctor because he was extremely behind schedule. There was only one doctor on staff. I highly suggest that they reassess their staffing needs for all areas since what’s in place now does not meet the increased demand and new patients.

Dental hygienist and her assistant were both wonderful but the wait time between seeing them and Dr was super long. He wasn't very communicative and seemed absent minded. He introduced himself three times in the same conversation. Weird

Absolute disgrace. Will be reporting this practice for a multitude of reasons those which majority of their staff and denstist are surely aware. Absolute disgrace. No bedside manner, no accountability.
