I saw Dr. Fortner at East Mission Dental Clinic in Spokane Valley - He is an outstanding & caring dentist. During my procedure he made sure that I was comfortable & asked if I was doing OK in the middle of it. I had a few questions and he took the time to explain everything to me, he is articulate & patient. I highly recommend Dr. Fortner!
